A nurse from our station can accompany you: checking your condition and medicines, and helping with moving, the toilet and meals.

Price

Fees

Escort: 16,500 yen per hour (tax included), from pick-up until you return
Actual costs: The nurse's transport, accommodation, meals and admission fees
Minimum charge: 55,000 yen (up to 3 hours); 16,500 yen per hour after that
Overnight (on call): 33,000 yen per night (22:00–7:00). The nurse rests in a separate room and comes when called. If calls add up to more than 1 hour, the extra time is 16,500 yen per hour.
Advance meeting: Free by phone or online. A home visit by the nurse or a visit to the venue in advance: 11,000 yen per visit (up to 1 hour, plus transport at actual cost); half of it is deducted if you then book.
Cancellation: Free until 8 days before; 50% from 7 to 2 days before; 100% the day before or on the day (free in case of sudden hospitalization or a sudden change in condition; transport and hotel cancellation fees at actual cost)
Example: Day trip to a wedding, 8 hours: 55,000 + 16,500 × 5 = 137,500 yen + the nurse's transport (actual cost)
Tax: All prices include consumption tax.
Liability insurance: Our station has business liability insurance that also covers services outside the public insurance system.

Before you book

Insurance does not apply

This is a self-pay service. Japanese public health insurance and LTCI do not cover it. Please also check your own travel insurance.

Medical care needs a doctor's instructions

Without a doctor's written instructions, the nurse can only watch over you, check your condition and give first aid.

We do not drive

Please use public transport, taxis or accessible taxis.

Safety comes first

Depending on your condition on the day, the nurse may suggest a rest, a change of plan or returning early.

A separate room for the nurse

For overnight trips, please prepare a separate room for the nurse, who will respond when needed.

Please bring your equipment

Please bring your usual medicines, oxygen or suction devices and supplies for the whole trip.

Please book transport and hotels yourself

We provide the nurse escort only. Visitors from abroad are asked to have travel insurance that covers medical treatment and emergency assistance.

Flow

How to book

1. Send us the contact form with the dates, places, the person's condition and the help you need.

2. We check the details with you in advance by phone or online, free of charge (and, if needed, information from the person's doctor).

3. We send you a quote. You book after you agree.

4. On the day, the nurse accompanies you from pick-up to return.
