Service

Private (Self-Pay) Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation for living your own way

Our physical therapists and occupational therapists visit your home and provide rehabilitation on a self-pay basis, beyond what the insurance system covers.

About

When insurance rehabilitation is not enough

Under Japan's public health insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI), the period and amount of rehabilitation are limited. Some people still feel unsure even after their insurance rehabilitation has ended.

Our private rehabilitation is not bound by those limits. Based on our experience in home-visit nursing, we plan it around what you want to do in your daily life.

Style

Three ways to receive it

01

At your home

Practice with your real steps, entrance, bathroom and kitchen; advice to your family on how to help; walks around your neighborhood.

02

At your facility

We also visit residential facilities where insurance rehabilitation is hard to receive (except facilities with nurses on duty 24 hours).

03

Going out together

Practice shopping, using stations and public transport, or visiting places you like (costs at the destination are paid by you).

For You

For people who…

  • feel the rehabilitation available under insurance is not enough
  • have reached the end of their outpatient rehabilitation period
  • want to continue beyond the LTCI limit
  • want to go out again, or walk without a cane
  • live in a facility where medical rehabilitation is hard to receive
